After an articulate and moving introduction by Chopra, Dunas delivers an emotionally intense and convincing talk on the meaning of sex. It's not just for procreation, she says, though that drive frames the yin and yang energies that operate in the most interesting romantic relationships. In addition to some fascinating imagery, both authors provide sound advice on how to make the best of the cultural and biological differences in the way men and women express themselves sexually. As is true for all of the Chopra Center audios, the banter between the authors is charming, and the content has just enough substance to provoke genuine interest in the subject. T.W.
