Super-rich gorgeous recluse recruits college coed for sex. But there's history between them that threatens a possible romance. Summer Roberts narrates most of the book and does a creditable job overall. Her pacing and timing are good. And the many hot sex scenes benefit from her breathy, passionate delivery. Her slightly British accent for the male lead, Valentine, works well. However, her annoying habit of mispronouncing contractions mars the work. The last chapter switches to a male voice, which destroys the rhythm of the book. It might have worked in print but falls flat in audio. Better to have kept Roberts for the story's climax.
