POISON TOWN Crittendon Files, Book 2

In this second Jack Crittendon mystery, the small-town newspaper reporter continues to confront evil and face down his doubts through his faith in God. This is a Christian book, written for Christians who like lots of references to God, prayer, and the Bible in their fiction. Tim Gregory's tough-guy voice conjures the gritty world of police and reporters in a small Ohio industrial town. His pace is good, and his performance easy to follow. Only when he shifts into the piping voices of Crittendon's two daughters does his performance become hard to bear.
